The Cost of Intervention Resources

In this 2-hour workshop, participants will learn how to calculate the cost of rework and understand its significant impact on an organization’s culture, products, and reputation. Unplanned intervention resource expenditures—time, money, and resources used to address quality and schedule problems—can become a costly norm when corrective actions dominate daily operations. This workshop will guide participants in identifying how current processes deviate from best practices and the cultural changes necessary to shift from a reactive to a proactive environment. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate recognizing their new skills in managing and reducing rework.
