Abstract

This course provides a detailed exploration of key change management roles and processes, focusing on the responsibilities of Change Leaders, robust change assessment, and impact analysis within the Enterprise Change Assessment framework. Participants will learn about the Change Request Board, its membership, decision-making processes, and change track criteria, as well as the role of the Change Implementation Board, which oversees and authorizes resources for implementation. The course emphasizes aligning prioritization and resource allocation with business goals and objectives. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate recognizing their expertise in effective change management and resource alignment.
