IPX Congress Member Announcement

The IPX Congress Executive Team is pleased to announce the election of Mr. David Holland as a Regular Member to the IPX Congress, requiring a two-year minimum commitment.
David is an accomplished IT software professional with over 30 years experience in change and release management in various industries. His background includes quality assurance, change management, release management, project management, and regulatory compliance support. For the past year, David has served as the IT Release and Change Program manager and Configuration Management analyst for Tri-State Generation and Transmission.
Prior to his current role, David was responsible for Change and Release Management at the Regional Transportation District (RTD) supporting new and existing software and infrastructure projects. David’s primary interests are in the areas of data integrity and processes in change and release management, configuration dependency mappings and governance.
David earned his CM2-C Certification in 2020 and his CM2-P Certification in 2021. He received his BS degree in Management Information Systems and his MA in Management. He also earned certifications in PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL v3, and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). In his free time, David enjoys coaching high school football and basketball, self improvement projects, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
