Refunds and Cancellations

Fees paid for online self-paced and virtual instructor-led courses are non-refundable. However courses may be transferred to another date, modality, or user. Please contact info@ipxhq.com to update a course registration. 

In order to cancel a subscription, please send us an email at info@ipxhq.com. If you don’t want to pay for a subscription anymore, you can cancel at any time. There are no partial refunds for subscriptions, so you’ll need to cancel before your next payment date. The subscription charges will stop after the last billing period and there will be no payments in the future. After cancellation, you will continue to have unrestricted access to the IDEA Academy subscription until the end of your last billing period.

If you want to pause or suspend a subscription temporarily, you’ll need to cancel your subscription, then resubscribe when you want to return. Your work in finished and unfinished courses will be saved and reappear if you subscribe again at a later date.
