Crystal Reed is the Configuration Management (CM) Technical Process Owner who is recognized as a CM technical authority leader throughout the SPAWAR claimancy. She held a leadership position for two years on the CM2/IPE Global Congress, worked on the SAE Systems Management Council as Secretary and just recently was elected as Co-Chair for the SAE International G33 Configuration Management Committee. Crystal’s career in logistics started in the United States Marine Corps and continued while supporting the United States Navy with CM knowledge, skills, abilities, training and proficiencies with over 38 years’ experience. By assisting other CM professionals with individual development plans that reflect unique workforce development areas, she has realized her passion for ensuring CM is successfully executed at the appropriate skill level.
