Gary D’Souza

Showcase of Teamcenter Change Management as AGCO is rolling it out using CM2 principles for the change process as well as for the development and testing of the system itself. The presentation will cover AGCO’s journey so far to integrated process excellence with a focus on the manufacturing side of the business and the global Teamcenter project.

Gary D’Souza is responsible for the global manufacturing engineering applications at AGCO. Now in his 10th year at AGCO he has been the technical lead for Manufacturing PLM for 6 years overseeing the successful development, integration and launch of the system at multiple sites in support of AGCO’s worldwide corporate initiative Design Anywhere Build Anywhere. He is currently on foreign assignment to Brazil to coordinate the launch of Teamcenter at the factories in South America. Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and is CM2-P certified.
