Josh has over 15 years of experience in the biomedical, semi-conductor, and non-profit sectors, providing expert analysis, design, development and implementation of enterprise level business solutions. He has helped deploy and maintain the organization’s QMS (Quality Management System) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Systems. Josh is passionate about driving business process optimization and delivering effective organizational change management. In his most recent role, Josh has been tasked with standardizing requirements for the organization’s enterprise change management system while integrating CM2 principles into the corporate strategy.

Josh has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. Josh is certified in lean six sigma and serves as a mentor to greenbelt projects. Josh also has his Enterprise Configuration Management (ECM) Certificate. Josh also serves on the board for several non-profit organizations, providing business process consulting for school districts, social enterprises, and international relief efforts that lead to community transformation.
