I'm not your typical CM enthusiast; my journey to the realm of change and configuration management took an unconventional turn.

Picture this: a former daycare owner, navigating the chaos of kiddie adventures, transitions into the world of bits and bytes. How did this happen? Well, I have my husband and a dynamic couple from a startup Configuration Management company to thank. As my own children grew, so did my curiosity for a change. I stumbled upon Configuration Management, fell in love with its principles, and the rest, as they say, is history.

The leadership at J2E Technology LLC firmly believed in the IPX CM2 model. Shortly after joining, they signed me up for my first CM2 classes, and there's been no turning back.

The IPX CM2 lessons became the cornerstone for implementing a robust CM program for a Department of Navy Program of Record. Fast forward, and it's now a shining example of CM best practices.

As a perpetual enthusiast for growth, I currently plan to hone my skills in the realm of software configuration management. The world of Agile software holds its own CM challenges, and I'm ready to dive in.

Now, here's a surprise nugget about me – beyond the world of configuration, I have a soft spot for Mopars. Yes, you heard it right. I'm the proud owner of a 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack, and I roll with a fantastic Mopar club. Charity drives, car shows, club get-togethers, and adventurous car cruises – count me in!

When I need a break from learning and Mopar engines, I find joy in my family's weekly game night. It's a time for homemade meals, laughter, and friendly game competitions. It's the perfect blend of work and play that keeps the balance just right.

I'm thrilled to be part of this global congress, and I look forward to exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and maybe even discovering a fellow Mopar enthusiast or two. Let's make this congress a memorable journey!
