TOPIC: THE BUSINESS CASE AS A START POINT FOR THE IMPACT ANALYSIS

This presentation will address the possibility of using the different elements of your companies business case process for guidance in conducting an impactanalysis. For every element of the business case you can create procedures and work instructions on how to come up with the proper values based on the proposed solution. This will be especially valuable if not all relevant information is properly linked in structures and readily available for those that conduct the impact analysis.
