Rachel Holyoak

Engineering Manager, Northrop Grumman, CM2-P

Rachel started as a quality engineer for an electronics circuit board manufacture and discovered the need for CM as the company wrestled with how to control engineering revisions being released to the floor. She then moved to a quality engineering position at ATK and served as a local CM focal. Next she moved into a formal CM role, where she spent 12 years designing, implementing, and sustaining CM systems for various programs at ATK, Orbital ATK, and Northrop Grumman, including writing contract requirements for CM and new digital twin/Industry 4.0 implementation. Rachel is currently an engineering manager at Northrop Grumman.
