How did your career journey lead to change and configuration management?
I got involved in deploying PLM system launch when I was at Moog Animatics, and got into the change/configuration management.
What was your introduction to CM2?
I was commissioned to define and write engineering processes. While looking for best practices, I was introduced to CM2 training and certification through a couple of colleagues in other division who were CM2 certified.
How has CM2 been beneficial to your career growth?
I think CM2 made me a better problem solver and that skill set has helped me to become a better person at both personal and professional level. It's common in silo environments we often solve our problems while creating problems for the others. With understanding and knowledge from CM2, I avoid these pitfalls.
What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
I am very much interested in bridging the gaps between engineering and operations especially with manufacturing. I think the key driver for success is understanding the organizational change management.
What might someone be surprised to know about you?
Picked up running two years ago, and last October, I had the personal best in Long Beach Marathon which qualified me to Boston Marathon 2025.
